Abby has finished 14 ultras — 50Ks, 50-milers, and 100-mile events across Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, New York, and California. She knows what it feels like when fueling falls apart at mile 70, when a race feels intimidating enough to make you question signing up in the first place, and what it takes to build the physical endurance and mental resilience to keep going through discomfort, setbacks, and doubt.

She also knows what it feels like to train for races like that while running a business and managing a full life. That combination — real race experience plus real-life constraints — is what informs every training plan she builds.
