- Step 2: Your Custom Plan. Abby builds your run and strength plan from scratch: your schedule, your current mileage, your goals, your injury history. It lands in your training app before your first workout.
- Step 3: Daily Communication & Weekly Adjustments. Text Abby anytime. Every week, your plan is updated based on how you actually feel, not how the plan assumed you'd feel. Busy week? Tweaky hip? Travel? It adapts.
- Step 4: Race Week Prep & Beyond. When your goal race arrives, you'll have a specific pacing strategy, fueling plan, and taper. And when it’s done, we take what you learned and build from there.
