Because Running Strong Starts in the Gym

Every Wild Dog training plan includes strength work — because strong runners are consistent runners.

Run-specific strength training programs are built to help you move better, stay injury-free, and unlock more power in every stride.

This isn’t about lifting for the sake of lifting. It’s about learning how to train with purpose — using the gym to support your performance on the road, trail, or track. You’ll improve form, prevent overuse injuries, and build the stability and strength your body needs to handle high-volume running — without burning out.

Whether you’re returning from injury, new to strength work, or looking to improve running economy and durability, our programs help you get stronger in the ways that actually matter for runners.
