Wild Dog Athletics offers coaching and programming completely catered to your goals, injury history, and lifestyle. Just as no two individuals are the same, no two programs are the same at Wild Dog Athletics.

We coach a diverse group of individuals -  competitive runners, recreational or beginner runners, sport specific athletes (equestrian, para-equestrian, track and field/XC, soccer, golf, water-skiing, lacrosse, basketball), youth athletes, and those who just want to get stronger and fitter and lead a more athletic life. 

Each individual body will have its own unique response to any given workout or program, which is why an individualized approach to coaching and training is by far the most effective and efficient approach - especially when compared to group classes and mass produced online programs. 

At Wild Dog Athletics, you have the option to train fully remote or partially remote with the addition of. a monthly personal training session. We have multiple coaching and programming plans available, depending on the amount of weekly feedback and communication you need to reach your goals. Regardless of the plan you choose - we strive to provide a high quality, detail-oriented, and deeply personalized coaching experience.

Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning

Coaching and programming that focuses on building strength and preparedness for a specific sport. The program will be catered to the demands of the sport and the competitive schedule of the year, and will be structured in periodized phases so that all athletics qualities are appropriately developed. Open to all ages and levels of experience. 


Coaching and programming for all levels of experience and distances. We have a wide breadth of experience coaching every distance from the 5K to the ultramarathon, road or trail, from the beginner runner to the recreational runner to the competitive runner. You have the option to choose a plan that focuses entirely on running, or one that includes both running and strength training.

General Fitness

Coaching and programming for the individual who simply wants to be stronger, fitter, and healthier. We'll work together to set goals and improve overall athleticism and functionality. Everyone is an athlete at Wild Dog Athletics - even if they don't realize it at first!
