Wild Dog Athletics offers 1-on-1 in person training as well as individualized remote programming and coaching completely catered to your needs, injury history, lifestyle, and goals. Just as no two individuals are the same, no two programs are the same at Wild Dog Athletics.
Each individual body will have its own unique response to any given workout or program, which is why an individualized approach to coaching and training is by far the most effective and efficient approach - especially when compared to group classes and mass produced online programs.
We coach a diverse group of individuals - working adults or parents who simply want to get stronger, fitter, and healthier, pre-natal and post-natal women, competitive Weightlifters and powerlifters, recreational or beginner lifters, competitive runners, recreational or beginner runners, sport specific athletes (equestrian, para-equestrian, track and field/XC, soccer, golf, water-skiing), youth athletes, and more. The youngest individual we work with is 6, the oldest individual we work with is 60.

General & Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning
Coaching and programming that focuses on building strength, ability, and fitness to improve overall health and functionality or to improve performance in a specific sport. Open to all ages and levels of experience.
Coaching and programming for all levels of experience and distances. We have a wide breadth of experience coaching every distance from the 5K to the ultramarathon, road or trail, from the beginner runner to the recreational runner to the competitive runner. We heavily encourage all of our runners to also incorporate strength training and gait training into their routine - whether in-person or as part of their remote program.
Weightlifting & Powerlifting
Coaching and programming for the snatch/clean & jerk and/or squat/bench/deadlift. Open to the beginner/intermediate/or advanced lifter. Learn the lifts for the first time, improve your technique, and/or compete and set PRs.
